Allan started coding at a young age: Passionate about software development since writing his first game at age 7, Allan earned 10,000 hours coding online games for thousands of players before he was 18. While in college at Georgia Tech, Allan founded a web development company and bootstrapped it to profitability with 50+ employees.

Allan is on a roll: Most recently, Allan co-founded Talkable, a social referral platform for ecommerce companies. Talkable is backed by YCombinator, 500Startups, and a group of prominent angel investors. He serves as the CTO of Hired, the Opportunity Network which uses a proprietary technology and platform to intelligently match people to job opportunities at the world's most innovative companies.
