ATL Webfest | Get the Scoop & Meet the Organizer
ATL WEBFEST (AWF) at Georgia Tech is an interactive festival connecting the film, business, and technology communities to showcase digital and film talent and innovative work from all over the world right here in Atlanta.
In partnership with Georgia Tech, AWF features expert speakers and renowned panelists in the business, technology, and digital entertainment industries. Attendees will participate in talks, workshops, product demonstration, and an awards ceremony for online videos and web series.

We caught up with Executive Director, Liberty White to tell us more behind-the-scenes.
What is your role in organizing WEBFEST? I am the Executive Director and Co-Founder of ATL WEBFEST at Georgia Tech, along with Jasmin Goodman, Creative Director and Co-Founder.
What is your day job? Digital Marketer and Supermom (oh and Superwife)
Why the interest in digital entertainment?
Being a part of the digital entertainment scene was a natural progression for me. Going from a Web Director of a national publication to digital marketing, I have been a part of the media and entertainment landscape for over a decade. As the internet and media consumption grew, so did the technology and means of interaction.
What do you want to achieve with this event?
It is our mission at ATL WEBFEST to help educate and celebrate the advances in the web series and online video communities, while building bridges with the technology and business groups that help to drive innovation in this sector. We are one of (now) over 25 festivals dedicated to web series and we're proud to be the first event of its kind in the Southeast.
