Mobility Live Hack-Back Invitational
Mobility Live and Technology Association of Georgia are teaming up to host a national hackathon with $30,000 in cash prizes.
Dates: Programs run from August 19th until September 17th. Conference is on September 23rd
Expect: Teams of programmers from across the nation to compete for prizes while helping to give (hack) back to three of the nation’s leading non-profit organizations. The American Cancer Society, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and Points of Light /Hands on Network will create a list of their challenges for the teams to solve with mobile solutions. After a preliminary judging on September 19th, selected Hack-Back finalists will present their projects on stage at the Mobility LIVE conference.
The Conference: Mobility Live Hack-Back Invitational is held in conjunction with the 2nd annual Mobility LIVE conference, which brings together key thought leaders and decision makers in the areas of mobile technology standards, strategies and innovations. Confirmed Speakers for the conference include Alan Dabbiere of AirWatch, Ralph De La Vega of AT&T Mobility, and Chris McClellen of The Weather Channel.
