Only 15 Days Into 2015 and Midtown is Making Moves

It has already been a great 2015 for Midtown:

• NCR announced plans to relocate to Spring Street at Centergy North in late 2017/early 2018. The consumer transaction tech giant is moving in and bringing job opportunities with them. Get the details.
• Earlier this week Cheetah Lounge owner, Bill Hagood, sold his condo for $2.25 million, the highest price per square foot condo sale in Midtown's history. The place is classier then you would expect (minus the satellite dish) from the owner of Atlanta's #1 strip club.
• Stephen Fleming, Tech Square institution and tech veteran, celebrated his 20th anniversary of leaving corporate America to return to Atlanta and launch an early-stage venture capital firm.
