HireWomenInTech | Making Change Happen
Erica Baity, the mastermind behind both TechieChic (@IAmTechieChic) and HireWomenInTech.com, has launched HWITJobs (@hwitjobs), a service of HireWomenInTech.com.
The new website connects employers with female talent in an effort to decrease the large gender gap in technology jobs. A gap that many companies in technology are beginning to proactively work to correct. HWIT Jobs, as well as TechieChic and HireWomenInTech.com, provide training, career resources, and a community of support for women currently in or aspiring to be in technology fields.
