Georgia Tech Patenting Library Info Session
We all know that Georgia Tech has some kick ass resources, but did you know that their library holds the only USPTO Patent and Trademark Resource Center Library in Georgia? October 9th the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) will visit Georgia Tech to present a seminar on the First Inventor to File (FITF) provisions of the America Invents Act (AIA).
Some of the Things You Will Learn:
- In prosecuting patent applications according to the FITF provisions since 2013, the USPTO has recognized some complications in the administrative processes as well as a need for a better understanding of the FITF provisions. These seminars endeavor to remedy these difficulties.
- The meeting will serve as an opportunity for USPTO subject matter experts and stakeholders to discuss the FITF provisions and updates since its implementation.
