The Big News
- 6 out of 10 of the startups selected for the next Techstars Atlanta cohort are actually Atlanta-based startups. See the list of startups here.
Funding News
- Wilmington-based Lumos, a FinTech and data company focused on improving efficiency around small dollar lending, announced it raised $2 million in external funding to fuel its growth. More on in our recent Hypepotamus profile on Lumos here.
M&A News
- San Francisco-based AI/ML development platform Brev.Dev announced its acquisition by GPU giant NVIDIA. Brev is part of Chattanooga-based Brickyards first fund.
- Trevelino/Keller, an A, Atlanta-based public relations firm bought Atlanta-based business-to-business marketing firm Marsden Marketing. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Press release here.
