Birmingham, Alabama-based Auditocity (HRTech): $2 million seed round
Anderson, South Carolina SiteLabs (HealthTech): $2 million seed round
Raleigh, North Carolina-based Atlantic Fish Company (AgTech): $1.2 million seed round
Starkville, Mississippi-based CampusKnot (EdTech): $1.1 million venture round

Acquisition News

Wilmington-based tech Web3 startup Raleon is being acquired by Intuit Mailchimp, according to a LinkedIn post from CEO Nathan Snell. No financial details were disclosed and Snell declined an interview regarding the details of the acquisition.

There's a new angel fund in Atlanta. ATL TrailblazHER Angels is a women-led angel group with a mission to expand Atlanta's entrepreneurial ecosystem. (We've added them to our ongoing list of Southeast-based investors).
